Is there a way to form users click on the "SUBMIT" key and it go to a specified email address? I am creating a form for use by my church's ministries, and I want them to be able to click on SUBMIT and go to the elder who oversees that ministry.

What version of Acrobat are you using to create your form? Here are instructions for creating a submit button in Acrobat DC: Setting action buttons in PDF forms.
