Form with Multiple Signatories - fields no longer fillable after 1st signature

Question

I have a form that has to be signed by multiple signatories who then also have option to add comments. The problem occurs when the first signatory signs - all the fields are flattened and the form is no longer fillable. Is there a user-friendly way around this?
