Form won't email properly from website

I created an interactive form using Word and then Acrobat Pro 8 - that's fine no problem

Its on: www.donegalprinting.com home page

BUT

when Uploaded to Wix website home page as 'Order/Quote'. Clients can fill it in but it then asks if you want to use desktop email like Outlook or Internet email, choosing the latter Ok, you have to save the xml (?) type file to desktop and THEN attach it to a new email (phew). When you send that (or the other file types mentioned) the file is useless when sent. Wix say its an Adobe problem and mentioned needing a protocol or something???

Can anyone please help?

I just want smooth straightforward emailing of the Form.
