FRAUD

This is the worst service I have ever been hoodwinked into buying  After paying for their conversion all the document that now says it is a docx file just sits there while a little circle goes round and round in the upper bar.  There is no way to contact these crooks and I don't know how I will get my money back on an obviously fraudulent system.  The help take you i a circle that always leads to the forums.  No phone numbers or chat options.  I will try to get there people reported.  Has anyone else had this problem? Please reply we may be able to make a case.

Hello Sandrak,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. As per the description above, you are not able to Export a PDF file to Word, and want to cancel the current Adobe ExportPDF services, Is that correct?

The record shows that the current Adobe ExportPDF service is already canceled and inactive from March 5th, 2019. If the services/subscription is canceled and inactive, you won't be able to use the services.

The support for Document Cloud services is only available on Adobe forums, but if you wish to cancel/unsubscribe any subscription/services and want a refund, you can contact the Adobe support team by choosing to Cancel my membership option and can start a chat support through Contact Customer Care

For troubleshooting, related to Adobe Document Cloud services, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Feel free to update this discussion for any further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

When you try to get support be sure NOT to say your product is Acrobat Reader, because there is indeed no support for that, as you don't pay for it. Choose the right product and most of the time it offers a phone number and/or chat servive.

I did pay for service I had to click on new or change account to get any help.  Iff you click on the problem it just puts you i a round robin to get to the discussion.  i spent over two hours and never got it to convert.  The help desk routed me to three different individuals and all they did was hive me links to the discussion board.  That was not help  I did ask for a refund and to cancel service  I'll be calling my credit card company tomorrow,.
