Question

Free use of Document Cloud – what are the downsides?

I use Acrobat DC on an iPad. I created a adobe id and as it appears now I have a free adobe document cloud membership. After login, saving to the document cloud works like a charm. This is all I am looking for, I am not interested in PDF coversions, fancy stuff etc. I just need a solid solution for viewing PDFs and syncing between devices.

Now:

Q1: What file size limits exist for upload and downloading PDFs from/to the document cloud from my iPad Acrobat DC?

Q2: It appears that it will be free forever, is this correct?

Q3: What is the maximum capacity of my document cloud?

Q4: Why on earth is this information so hard to find? 🙂

Please help me with my questions.

Thanks a million!

Cheers

    Hi,

I suppose this KB doc. will answer your query file size limitations.

The maximum capacity of Document Cloud is 20GB, however that's for paid users.

Thanks for a staff member to chime in. Aadesh, thank you for posting this link. However, it says 5 GB. Did you post a wrong link?

    Hey,

I provided you the correct link.

5GB space is for the free users.

However if you subscribe to Acrobat or any online acrobat services you will get 20GB document cloud space till you have the subscription.

[When your subscription comes to an end, you will lose access to paid desktop features and paid online services. Your 20GB storage quota will be reduced to 5GB.  Any documents sent for signature will be retained and remain accessible.]

    Aadesh

Hello; good evening; This correct use you are doing. There is no file size of need; when he used the same device determines the size of each file. Use an application to trigger this device (convert files to PDF) with this product tool will respond promptly to conversion. (APPLICATION FOR LAST VERSION PDF)

Thanks for taking your time to answer - but I do not understand a single word you say.

I am puzzled that staff does not answer my questions right away?
