frozen pdfs

In the past couple weeks, whenever I open a PDF document, it is frozen. I cannot scroll or edit, etc. I don't have a blocker on that I am aware of. This only happens on PDFs.

@lesliec33250448 Have you recently updated Acrobat? If not, it might be worth trying the update or using the Repair Installation feature. Thanks for asking. Yes, I updated to try to repair and still had the problem. I was finally able to fix this by turning off the new AI version. For me, the AI version created a lot of hassle.
