I need to decide whether to cancel order. Not able to download on either device.  Please advise before 30 days is up.  Just ordered today.

    Hi wilderbil,

    Acrobat.com services (vis. Export pdf, Create pdf, Fill~& sign etc.) are online services. You can access it via the internet browser but cannot install it as an app on the mobile.
