Garbled Text on converting PPT to PDF

Can you please help me troubleshoot. I am converting a powerpoint to PDF but when it does it the text on some pages becomes a different font of symbols. I am using the same font throughout the presentation.

Please confirm the exact steps you follow to convert your PPT to a PDF.

Also, this is happening possibly because the fonts are not embedded, so you can check for the same under Document Properties>Fonts.

Hi Minan93241022,

Please try the following steps for the conversion of the PPT to PDF:

Open the PPT you wish to convert
Under the Acrobat options in the toolbar, click on Create PDF
This will allow you to create Adobe PDF document from the current document
