I have Adobe Reader XI installed but it does not work. What can I do?

    Hi Walter,

    I would love to help you get this sorted out. When you say Reader doesn't work, what, specifically is the issue? Are you unable to open it, or does it return errors, or does it simply not do what you want it to do?

    A pop up comes up stating: “The Adobe/Acrobat Reader selected for viewing PDF documents in browsers cannot be found at its installed location; it may have been moved or deleted. Please reinstall or repair the application (15:524).”

    I have reinstalled it and the same message comes up.
