Get "Cloud storage full message," but nothing is there

Trying to create a PDF. Get error message "Cloud storage full." But when I look at files, there are none there.

Hi Chrisb,

I guess you are referring to Adobe Document Cloud web interface? Are you creating pdf on web or working with desktop application Adobe Reader DC?

If you are on web, then check with a different web browser. Login on Adobe Document Cloud and test the same.

As workaround, clear cache and cookies of current one and check back.
