Hi Toni,

We are not supporting IE 10 so if you are using IE 10 please either upgrade it to IE 11 or use other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox.

Hi Toni,

Please clear the cache and cookies of your browser then log into https://cloud.acrobat.com and if that does not work please use another browser.

If you have Adobe Reader DC on your system please try to login within Reader DC.
