Get my serial number.

I have a recurring billing for Adobe pro, have been getting billed every month. However now the software is requiring a Serial number. My Adobe account shows the billings however no products are shown.

    Hi joelg,

    As Anubha says, no serial number is required for an Acrobat subscription. Have you logged in to the software? (With a subscription, your Adobe ID/password act as your activation credentials).

    We would definitely help you.

    If you are billed on  monthly basis, then you are using a subscription of Adobe product.

    Could you please share the screenshot of the message box that prompts you to provide the serial number.

    You can also Contact Customer Care and ask for the same.
