"Get others to sign" - unable to sign in

I am unable to sign into EchoSign using this option.  The Adobe ID will not work.  I am able to use the ID and password to log into adobe.com but the same ID and password do not work in the pop-up window.  Help!!

    Hi juschilling,

    Is it possible that you signed up for EchoSign using a different email address than the  one you use to log in to Adobe.com?
