Get the page to subscribe on exporting PDF

i had subscribed for exporting pdf by paying 1500 but when i try to export the pdf to word it gets me to same subcribe page.

If you are using Adobe Acrobat reader DC to export PDF, please try to sign out of the application.

Relaunch the application and then sign in again with the same Adobe ID under which you have purchased the application.

Check if it works after that.
