Hi Johnd,

As per the description above, you are getting an error "Save as/Save failed to process" i.e. not able to save the files using Export PDF, Is that correct?

You can also try the online account to Export PDF files, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

You can also use free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the services, to download Reader DC: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
