Getting error message to contact Support when trying to sign in
When I try to sign in to convert a PDF document to word or excel, I get a message saying "an error occurred while signing in". When I try to sign in, I get a message saying "we're sorry, subscriptions are not yet supported in this country (Hong Kong). Please contact customer support for more information". I have been using this satisfctorily for many months, but it has suddenly stopped. Adobe are still deducting a monthly subscription from me. Can anyone explain what has happened?
