Getting Upsell Screen on Adobe acrobat Online for free PDF Compressor

Question

I've on and off used the free online PDF compressor tool and one of the PDFs I compressed errored out and now every time I attempt to even add a file it brings the upsell screen up telling me to subscribe. Can anyone fix this?

The Compress PDF on Acrobat Online is a paid feature. You will need an Acrobat PDF Pack or an Acrobat subscription to use the feature.

As you could use the service before, you must use the free trial of the feature available on the Acrobat Online account.
