Good grief.

All I want to do is convert an excel doc to a pdf. I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ADOBE CONVERTER program, lol. Now when I hit the 'converter box' it sends me to PRICES. No phone number for Adobe. Any suggestions? By the way I have used the converter at the adobe website twice before, no problem.
