Good morning, we can no longer convert a pdf to word, always an error appears

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a PDF file to Word, is that correct?
Please try exporting the PDF file through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.
Are you getting any specific error message or error code while exporting the PDF file? Have you tried exporting any other PDF file?
Is the issue with a specific PDF or is it with all the PDF?
For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
