Got an e-mail regarding account and need to know when this was last renewed, as it seems it hasn't been a year yet.

Where Can I go to find out when the last payment for renewal was made on my account??

    Hi Sam*279*,

    I checked your account; you have an Adobe PDF Pack subscription that was started in May 2013 (that one is billed annually each May), and an Acrobat Pro subscription, that was started in July of this year (and is billed monthly). I'm guessing it's the latter that you received an email about.


    Because you have an Acrobat subscription, the PDF Pack subscription really isn't necessary, so you may want to cancel that one. See Cancel your membership or subscription | Acrobat ... - Adobe for more information.

    If we cancel the PDF pack will credit be transferred to the Acrobat Pro?
