Got charged for adobe £15.64 but I have not purchased any.

First check if anyone (e.g. in your household) might have purchased it.

Then look in your Adobe account to see if the purchase shows up.

If neither one is true, someone has stolen and used your card details, and you should contact your card issuer immediately; Adobe cannot resolve this for you. They need to know the account used, not the credit card number.
