Green Videos

I have a green screen when I try to view videos. I have a brand new HP Pavilion23 computer running windows 8.1. I have done everything Adobe has told me to do but enable hardware acceleration. When I go to Adobe settings there is no video tab. Can someone please help me?

    What application are you using to view the videos? You've landed in the Acrobat.com forum, but I'm not sure this is the best place to find the answer you're looking for.
