Gtryed out PDF files received in Firefox browser

Question

I have one company who is sending me greyed out PDF files. They are not black. I cannot get my PDF reader to open the file. I have uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled Adobe. I still have the same problem. I can create PDF files from word, I can open PDF files stored on my desktop computer, and I can open and read PDF files I receive from other companies. It is just this one company, where there is a problem.

This screenshot is not really showing us the contents of the file, just a link to it...

However, try this: Go to Edit (or the Acrobat menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Page Display and tick "Show large images".
