I received an email saying you cancelled my subscription last night, but I wasn't on my account last night. My account isn't due for renewal until next Oct.

Can you explain?

Thanks,

Hi l traceel39906957,

I can understand how disconcerting that would be! I've checked your account; it appears that you were automatically offered a refund Adobe SendNow, which was retired recently. Did you want to continue with an Adobe Send subscription?

Best,

Sara

Yes. What was cancelled and what features did I lose, and why?

Hi l traceel39906957,

Here's a note about SendNow retiring: Get ready: Adobe SendNow is transitioning to Adobe Send | Adobe Acrobat Blog

What's odd to me, is that your subscription should've automatically been converted to an Adobe Send subscription, rather than canceled or refunded. Let me look into that to see why that happened. In the meantime, if you're interested in continuing on with Adobe Send, you're welcome to sign back up for that. And I'll try to get to the bottom of the cancelation/automatic refund.

Best,

Sara
