MY SUBSCRIPTION HAS NOT EXPIRED!!! Last year I paid twice! What a scam. Go away ADOBE!

I HAD TO Search for a phone number - wait for hours for a call back - customer service? -

I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 4 TIMES ABOUT THIS!!

" WE ARE SORRY FOR YOUR PROBLEM! " I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR THIS AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

JUST FIX IT  - MY MEMBERSHIP HAS NOT EXPIRED - WAKE UP!! - AND THEN YOU ASK IF I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCT - I GUESS NOT -
