Have Acrobat Export PDF account. Keep getting redirected to buy Acrobat Pro with A-I, instead of going to Adobe Home. This happens constantly.

When I sign in to Adobe Acrobat Export PDF, tap on link to convert a PDF to Word.  I’m misdirected to purchase Adobe Acrobat Pro + A-I. Why?
