Have subscribed to Acrobat Pro and paid but cannot download the software. Why?

Paid for a monthly subscription, single app, for Acrobat Pro. The only thing that has downloaded and installed is Adobe Air! When I log into my Adobe account I am offered the chance to pay for Acrobat all over again. Can someone please help? I have email receipt of the purchase.
