having trouble converting a pdf to word

I have a pdf to convert to word but each time I select the "convert" option I get a message saying the network can't be accessed?

Hi tinaa44665720,Are you trying to access ExportPDF from within Adobe Reader? If so, please try accessing the web interface at http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf. (We've had recent reports of this error cropping up in Reader, but you should be able to access the web interface without issue.)Please make sure that you're using a supported browser, as listed in this document: System requirements | Acrobat.comLet us know how it goes!Best,Sara
