Having trouble uploading a readable document to pdf Adobe Cloud

I could upload items into the adobe pdf cloud a week ago, and today it is not giving me a format that is compatible. The URL I provide after publishing the document, copying the URL link, and posting it in Facebook can't be read. The other day it worked just fine. What has changed?

    Meant to indicate "workspaces" and not cloud. It's not letting me convert a document that is then able to be read in the workplaces. This is a glitch that just started today. Previously, there were no errors.
