he pagado plan anual edición pdf y NO FUNCIONA

abro el pdf y edito y me da este error

lo q más me cabrea es que he pagado el plan pero como no he pagado asistencia.. NO HAY NADIE Q ME AYUDE.

Salvo estos foros.. y alguna "alma caritativa q me conteste"

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you get the error when trying to export the PDF, please make sure that the Internet connection is not intermittent.

Adobe Export PDF is an online service that you can access online or through the Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop and mobile application.

Try once to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf.

Open the link and sign in with the Adobe ID that you use to sign-in to your Adobe application.

Then try to export the PDF. Check if that works fine there.

Could you please confirm if you get the error only when you convert this particaulr PDF?

Did you try to export any other PDF? If not, please try and check.

If the issue is already resolved, please let us know.
