hello, i purchase software for £19.82/yr with my email address sidiakalakimbas@yahoo.fr but until now i did not get a link of my purchase

    Hi 01429.

    I checked your account, but don't see any order history under that email address. Did you sign up for an Acrobat.com online service via the Reader mobile app? (If you did, and you're having problems with your order, you would have to contact Apple).

    If it's just a link to the Acrobat.com online services that you need, you can access them at https://cloud.acrobat.com.

    It is not an order history ,I purchased it on my computer and when I did it I did not receive any link from Acrbat.com

    Hi Pedro,

    We don't have any record of you having purchased a subscription. What do you see when you log in to your account at www.adobe.com? Is there a subscription listed under My Plans & Products? Is it possible that you used a different email address to subscribe? Do you see a charge on your bank statement?

    If you're still having trouble finding your subscription (under a different email address, perhaps), then please Contact Customer Care. An agent should be able to dig in to your account history and get to the bottom of this.
