Hello, I purchased the Adobe Export PDF product, but I don't have the option to Export under Tools in Acrobat. Please help.

I purchased the Adobe Export PDF product and when I try to Export PDF to Word, I'm not given the Export option.  Can someone please advise how I can export?

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to Export a PDF to Word as not getting the Export button, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service with your current Adobe ID, you can access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also access the service through the freeware Adobe Reader DC, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password. To download Adobe Reader use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

If you already have Adobe Reader DC installed and facing the issue, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine and try exporting the PDF file.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
