Help!

I'm trying to open my acrobat.com files in the adobe reader XI and, when i click on the "open files from adobe.com" button,  the progran becomes a white screen and doesn't load any of my acrobat.com files. what should I do? I'm using the windows 8.  (btw I don't have problems saving them in the clouds, only opening them).

Hi biancavs,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening PDFs in Reader. Please try this: Choose Edit > Preferences > General, and then deselect Enable Protected Mode At Start Up.
