I have adobe acrobat XI pro academic version. I used it once, today I went to create a PDF and it woldn't let me. I logged on to the website and entered my serial number for my product. It said it will take 8 hrs to update my account. Once it is updated will I be able to create a pdf?

    Hi Natalie,

    Yes. Please wait for your account get updated and after that you would be able to create or edit PDFs and access all features of Acrobat.
