i want use the services of Adobe ExportPDF through the online account, at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and pass, but it doesn´t work

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Export PDF services, Is that correct?
Use a different browser to log in to your online account i.e. Chrome or Firefox or Safari, Sign in to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
You can also use the free desktop version of Reader to use the services of ExportPDF, to download the Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
