I cannot sign in, I am told I have the wrong sign in or password. I have changed the password twice, and the user name as I have two email accounts, one mine and one my hubby. I have tried both but nothing works. When I try to convert my pdf files to window i am told to subscribe. I paid about 5 days ago.

    You should be able to sign in with the email address (Adobe ID) you used when you subscribed. I just checked that Adobe ID that you are using here in the forum, and that one shows a PAID ExportPDF subscription.

    Please try this:

    Go to https://exportpdf.acrobat.com/SignIn.html and try to sign in with that email address (starts with ship****). If the password isn't recognized, try another password reset. But if you were able to sign in to the forums and post here, you should be able to sign in to ExportPDF since the same password is used by both systems.
