HELP - can't convert PDF, paid them a lot of money, still can't do it

I am filling out an application for a job, employer created form using adobe, says you can fill it out & convert it & all the other docs you need for application package into one big document if you just download adobe reader, so I did.  Turns out you can't do any of that without paying a subscription fee, so I did that as I really need the job.  Then I filled out their form, and tried to save the filled out version as a PDF, and it still won't work.  Even after paying the $95/year fee for the PDF conversion upgrade, well, still nothing.  I either want this to work or my money back.

Any suggestions?

    Have you been able to fill out the job application? Is it an online form that you can submit at the end?

    I see you purchased both Acrobat Plus and PDF Pack. Would you like me to cancel PDF Pack for you?

    yes, I guess I didn't need both, just the one with more stuff to get the

    job done. So if you can refund the smaller duplicative one, that would be

    great. Thanks!
