Help! Can't open a court doc with PDF fillable smart form

I'm trying to open a court form that is only available with PDF fillable smart form. I updated adobe to the latest version. I'm getting an error message that says it may not be configured properly. Using explorer. Can anyone help?

Hi Heathero,

If I understand your query correctly, you are unable to open a fillable pdf form using web browser IE? Is that a only form that isn't opening correctly? Could you please check with a different form?

Also, if possible download the form and open it in Adobe Reader desktop application and try filling it.
