Help change font for 100 pages from New Times Roman to Garamond in Pro DC

I have written a non fictional book inAdobe Pro DC. The font is 12 New times Roman. I want to change the font to Garamond. So far I can only do this paragraph by paragraph. Is there wome way this can be done for the whole book via one action? WalterH
