Help creating a reduced format PDF with Adobe online

I am using acrobat online and cannot figure out how to create a reduced format file.  The standard PDF file is too large for me to upload a letter of recommendation into an online secured site.

    Hi nasadoc,

    To reduce the file size of a PDF, you need either Acrobat Pro or Standard (that's not an option that available with the Acrobat online services).
