Help! I am a Mac user trying to get downloaded Acrobat Pro.

Question

I am an Apple Mac User and having trouble right after signing up for Acrobat Pro. I can't get off the screen that says"Adobe Creative ....".  I would like to open the downloaded file that just came in but I can't get to Safari to do that.  I am running the SONOMA 14.0 system.

If you are trying to install the Acrobat, you may download it from this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html. Try rebooting the machine first.

If you still experience the issue, please share the screenshot of the stuck page.
