Help, I was a customer for a couple hours and want to cancel as program wouldn't download, is there no phone number for Adobe???
I sent the message below earlier this evening. As I needed to have a functioning program this evening to deal with urgent business, I conducted a search and found another program that was easy to download and easy to use.
As a result please cancel my subscription to your service immediately. As your site says, if cancelled within 30 days....there is no charge. Given that I was a customer for a matter of only a couple hours, I trust there will be no charge to my credit card, or an immediate refund for the full amount.

I attempted to install this program 5 times just now and each time got an error message saying an unexpected failure was encountered. Please have someone call me or advise me as to what to do next. I purchased this program as I need it right now.
