Help me edit!!

I have a membership that's good til May but when I try to edit a document, it says I need to purchase a license. The only reason I pay is to be able to edit documents. Any help with this problem would be appreciated

As per the description above, you are not able to edit any PDF file as it asking you to purchase a license, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, and using the Adobe ExportPDF service you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

But You cannot edit PDF files with Adobe Export PDF. You need Acrobat DC to edit PDF files. See Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: PDF converter, convert PDFs from anywhere.

If you need to edit any PDF file, then you have to subscribe to Acrobat Pro license. If you want to access the service of Adobe ExportPDF, you can access the service through URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC, to download Adobe Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
