Help on check box.

I have 3 check boxes and depending on which one is chosen then the text field needs to be a different amount?

Please help!!!!

EBM1 CHECKED AMOUNT SHOULD BE 449

M1 CHECKED AMOUNT SHOULD BE 549

NM1 CHECK AMOUNT SHOULD BE 849

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
