Help with accessing the program online

Please help! I bought a PDF pack, annual, online but I can't figure out how to go directly to use it. I end up stumbling on it after a very long time of clicking, sometimes. After I sign in whatever i pick just says to buy it... but I know that I bought something already and have used it before. How do I just go directly to the thing I bought?

So frustrated!

Sorry to hear about your experience.

Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the PDF Pack service.

PDF Pack subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
