Help with Adobe Acroba Web

Question

I was working in Acrobat, organizing/deleting documents and everything was fine. Now it won't let me and it says the file is large when in fact I deleted documents and it's the same documents we always upload

Please check and confirm if this happens with a particular document. If so, could you share the document with us?

Also, please share the screen recording of the steps you take when the error appears. We will get it checked.
