Help with Adobe Acroba Web

I was working in Acrobat, organizing/deleting documents and everything was fine. Now it won't let me and it says the file is large when in fact I deleted documents and it's the same documents we always upload

Please check and confirm if this happens with a particular document. If so, could you share the document with us?
