Hi I have a paid ExportPDF subscription valid to novembre 2015, but I cannot convert because I am registerd as having a free account. How can we change this asap. I need it now.

I checked your account, but don't see any record of an ExportPDF subscription. There was, however, an order placed today, which looks like it may be for an Acrobat Pro subscription. It appears there may be an issue with the order processing. I would like to suggest that you Contact Customer Care. An agent should be able to get things sorted out for you.
