Hi I have paid my money to adobe but I can not convert a WORD file to a Pdf file. When it asks for me to sign in I keep getting a window for two upgrade options which I do not want as I have paid my money for the service that will allow me to conve

I urgently need to convert a word file to Pdf and cant do so. 

Please assist me as soon as possible to do this.

Every time I try to sign in all I get is two options to upgrade which I dont want. I have attended to the account so please urgently assist me to convert a word doc to Pdf now.

    Hi Jock,

    I've checked your account, and all is well there. Please make sure that you're logging in with the same Adobe ID/password that you used when you signed up.

    Then, clear the browser cache, and try logging in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com.
