Hi, I have tried several times to email my PDF file which is 277 pages with pictures but I have been unsuccessful - maybe I am doing something wrong - Please help.

    Hi Hunnibear,

    How large is the PDF file (in MB), and what mail service are you using? It's quite possible that the file size is too large for your mail client to handle.

    Thanks for getting back to me. The file is 250MB and yes it is too big – what can I do?

    Hi Michelle,

    That is indeed a large file! Even zipping it probably won't give you a file small enough for most mail clients.


    One easy solution is to upload it to Acrobat.com (you can sign up for a free account), and then send the link to the file to your recipients. They'll be able to download the file from Acrobat.com. To sign up, go to http://cloud.acrobat.com.
