Where are you located? The ExportPDF and Adobe PDF Pack subscriptions aren't available in all countries. Please see Countries where ExportPDF is available for purc... | Adobe .... To purchase a subscription, you need to have a credit card billing address in one of the countries listed in that document.

Acrobat itself is more widely available, so you could always use that to convert your files. You are welcome to try Acrobat for free for 30 days if you'd like. Please see www.adobe.com/products/acrobat.html.
